Orders are shipped every day from our showroom in Stockholm, Sweden. Shipment will take place 0-5 days after receipt of payment.

Please check your SPAM folder if you have not received an order confirmation or shipping status email.

If you have chosen to use only your phone number, we will not be able to send you an order confirmation by email. 

Shipping Cost:

Free standard worldwide shipping on all orders over $200, for orders under this amount the shipping costs are:

  • SWEDEN - € 20
  • EUROPE EXPRESS SHIPPING: € 30
  • OUTSIDE EUROPE EXPRESS SHIPPING: € 50

Kindly be aware that the mentioned delivery times provided are estimations and do not come with a guarantee.

Orders shipped within the European Union:

Orders shipped within the European Union are not declared LOST or NOT DELIVERED until 15 business days have passed from the original shipping date. After 15 business days, please click Contact or email us at info@indp.se and we will then take the necessary actions to resolve any issues pertaining to shipments that have not reached their intended destination.

International packages outside of EU:

 International packages delivered outside of the EU aren't declared LOST or NOT DELIVERED until 30 business days have passed from the original shipping date. After 30 business days, please click Contact or email us at info@indp.se and we will then take the necessary actions to resolve any issues pertaining to shipments that have not reached their intended destination. (For UK and Norway 20 business days apply).

Purchase outside of European Union might be subject to customs duties and import taxes, determined by your local customs agency. To obtain further details, kindly reach out to your local customs office. Wristbuddys assumes no liability for duties and import tax payments.
